SAGE & SWEAT CEREMONY with Destiny Goldsbury-Eurkus and
Marilyn Castilaw
As the traditional smoke of sage cleanses, and the beat of the drum awakens, we come to our mat to renew the connection to our Spirit, purpose, sense of well being, and community. We will move through an asana practice with intention, conscious breath, and song so that we can create sacred space for our heart's desires to be heard more clearly.
